January 27, 2011: ESI Specialists Inc, a subsidiary of Ethical Solutions Providers Inc., headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, announced today that it had acquired the Professional Services Division of FDR Forensic Data Recovery Inc., of Victoria, British Columbia.

Francis Graf, president and CEO of FDR Forensic Data Recovery Inc, stated that he and his digital forensics experts see this acquisition as "a new beginning and a great adventure. We are excited about the many opportunities ahead of us."

Said Cliff Shnier, president of ESI Specialists Inc: "Francis Graf and his team of digital forensic experts bring a wealth of talent and experience to our company. They complement our service offerings in e-discovery perfectly. We are excited to have them on board, and to have expanded the reach of our company to a presence on the west coast."

Francis Graf and his team will comprise a new unit within ESI Specialists Inc to be known as ESI Specialists Inc Forensic Professional Services Division (FPSD). It will continue to be based in downtown Victoria, BC. Mr Graf will report to Cliff Shnier, President of ESI. The software sales and training business not acquired by ESI Specialists Inc will continue under the name FDR Forensic Data Recovery Inc under the leadership of Marie Graf.
